Our name says it. Established in 1991, Aerospec Supplies specialised in aerospace manpower supply, providing aircraft technicians, licensed aircraft engineers, and airport ground staff support. We also provide aerospace manpower for maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO).
Over the years, we have extended our wings to provide skilled manpower in other sectors such as Administration, Automotive, Defence, Engineering, Healthcare, Information Technology, Logistics, Retails, Transportation and more.
We have diversified, accumulated experience and expertise, and are grateful for the privilege to serve. If clients have not the confidence in our ability to provide the requisite manpower and services, Aerospec would never have gotten off the ground. We reached new heights only because our clients provided the thrust and lift.

AEROSPEC ENGINEERING PTE LTD
Aerospec Engineering Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aerospec Supplies Pte Ltd, provides a range of dedicated bespoke services to our MRO, airlines, and OEM clients in the aerospace industry.
Aerospec Engineering is capable of taking on a turnkey project and manage project deliverables on time and on budget.
This includes the initial preparation of the aircraft for repainting. After assessment and consultation, our specialists will determine if sanding down or paint stripping of the aircraft exterior coating will be more suitable to prepare the aircraft for repainting.
We are ready to dispatch trained personnel to clean and groom the interior of the aircraft using our in-house process and special chemicals to meet and exceed the expectations of major airlines.
With our expertise and experience in aircraft repainting, we were also able to offer our specialized painting to the land transport sector. Adding to our achievements in the aerospace sector, we were contracted by a public transport operator to paint a fleet of an estimated 400 buses within a year.
Whether it is in the area of receiving inspection, space management, inventory management or order fulfillment etc., we provide skilled personnel to fill the different processes integral to the management of warehouse operations.
Founder
From humble beginnings as a personal assistant in an MNC in 1984 to globe-trotting Director of the Aerospec Group of Companies, Irene Png started making inroads in the aviation industry, selling water-based paint for aircraft interiors. She later transformed her business to supply high-quality manpower to the aviation sector. In the recent years, Irene has ventured into manpower sourcing overseas. Aerospec has become well-known for its reliability and efficiency due to her relentless drive for excellence.
General Manager
Ivan joined Aerospec at the end of the millennium when the company was in its formative years. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in banking and finance from the Queensland University of Technology and was working as an Accountant in the financial industry prior to joining Aerospec. The years that followed witnessed him propelling the expansion and playing a key role in Aerospec's growth story. He went through various roles including operations and business development before being appointed as a Director in 2004. He was appointed General Manager in 2014, an appointment he still holds.
